 2) Match entry fee payment (€ 250,00 per slot) March 31, 2003

 3) Entry Form & Invitation mailing: June 31, 2003

 4) Additional slot request (RD only): June 30, 2003

 5) Regional Teams registering (RD only): June 30, 2003

 6) Regional Teams Composition (names) registering (RD only): July 31, 2003
